Trade Union

JSC Hydromash named after V.I. Luzyanin primary trade union organization was founded in 1943 and now consists of 2500 people, including 400 veterans – the retired company employees.

More than 600 members of the trade union organization are young people under the age of 35. Among 130 members of workshop trade union organizations there are 39 people under the age of 35, 7 people have been elected workshop committee chairmen, 22 people are members of trade union committee boards.

Trade union committee is involved in organizing and carrying out practical social partnership interaction with the company management regarding:

  • protection of legal rights and interests of working people;
  • labor law compliance monitoring;
  • taking measures for avoiding and timely settlement of labor disputes, disagreements;
  • development of labor competition between members of different departments, aimed at improvement of production efficiency and product quality;
  • labor productivity growth;
  • protection of health of workers and their family members;
  • creating safe work conditions;
  • organization of recreational, mass cultural and sports events.
